Yeah they're generic but they have their moments.
Indeed.

gregulus 01-26-2009 02:32 PM

I really want Austere's new album to come out already.

Angmar 01-26-2009 02:36 PM

Yeah should be good, the split with Isolation is fantastic.

FatalEnergy 01-26-2009 02:37 PM

Sacramentary Abolishment is elite.

Niflheim II 01-26-2009 02:47 PM

River to Corticone is arrrggggh esp that slow song 4th track I think. Too bad AoA sucks.

Nostalgia 01-26-2009 02:49 PM

Yeah I'm glad I could introduce everyone to Austere, no problem though.

Angmar 01-26-2009 02:54 PM

Nobody likes a namedrop claimer.

I found about them after I had listened to AoA, and AoA is ****ing boring compared to the awesomeness of this band.

Niflheim II 01-26-2009 02:55 PM

FatalEnergy 01-26-2009 03:09 PM

What's wrong with Ministry?

Txus 01-26-2009 03:48 PM

They are boring :(

but I don't like that type of Industrial music too. That might be the problem.

gregulus 01-26-2009 03:48 PM
Yeah should be good, the split with Isolation is fantastic.
Yeah, thought so. I go there all the time.

Have you noticed that the used racks are always full of Xasthur cds? I mean there's always at least 10-15 used Xasthur albums in there. On one hand, at least we know people are smartening up and getting rid of Xasthur albums but on the other hand it's a little alarming to know there are that many Xasthur fans living in the city.

Nostalgia 01-26-2009 05:50 PM

You guys could totally meet up and get some Starbucks.

Tyler 01-26-2009 05:58 PM

Starbucks is passé. There's some hippy organic coffee bean place across the street from that record store that is totally in the now.

RouteOne 01-26-2009 06:20 PM

coffee is so ****ing awesome.

masscows 01-26-2009 06:22 PM

xasthur's first few albums are good tbh
