Maybe you need to take a break from your work for a while? I have to put up a front at work as well, but I just let it out when I get home. Not that I take it out on my friends and family, but I just de-stress with music, or relaxation, or sleep, or beer, you know?

Having a break from work would help.

But it's not just work... i mean i've spent the evening with happy-go-lucky internet personality i use for talking to members of the opposite sex.

I have so many facades and personalities that i use. >_<
