/bump.
second page indeed...
How are you all?

Leper 03-01-2006 01:24 PM

I'm doing alright. I was supposed to go into town with a friend mine today to get a pipe, but I wussed out. I'm really paranoid about my parents catching me.

Cain 03-01-2006 01:27 PM

Man I hate headstocks where the tuners face down. Christ that's annoying. I think the list prices on all guitars with that feature should be cut 20%.

Nice guitar, though, Kurrpt, even if the neck pickup's in a weird spot.

Just roll joints, they work better anyway. It saves you a lot.

I threw mine away when I kind of gave up.

It was quite a big one, difficult to hide in my pocket.

its for added bass. I rather like it, cause i tend to pick over the neck pup, and i dont have to worry about it any longer

I tried. I'm not very good at it, but I guess practice makes perfect.:)

Yeah, it takes a while before you get the hang of it. :)

kurrpt 03-01-2006 01:46 PM

i got good at rolling cigs, that really helped out my joints

blunts are even easier. The cracking is the hardest (for some)

Leper 03-01-2006 01:49 PM

It was funny, the first time I tried rolling joints, I rolled two of them and I thought they were pretty good. So then I went to my friend's house and my cousin (who's been smoking much longer than I have) looks at the joints and is like "Well man, I've gotta tell ya...these suck." It was pretty funny.

Doctor Night 03-01-2006 01:59 PM

I've been so tempted to try Marijuana.

kurrpt 03-01-2006 01:59 PM

just get a pack of papers, and just keep rolling man. When you have it "rolled", tear the paper up, rinse and repeat

i usually try Mary Jane every night

superpeer 03-01-2006 02:04 PM

As long as they don't fall apart when you light them, it doesn't really matter how they are rolled.

kurrpt 03-01-2006 02:06 PM

i guess you could look at it that way...

theres such an art to rolling. If done correctly, it seems to burn more consistent ......

i could go on...

superpeer 03-01-2006 02:09 PM

Yeah, they burn better. But I've noticed, if you accidentally roll a crappy one, they sometimes have more effect, mostly because a lot of oxygen can come through and it works better. Although those usually start to crumble apart when you get to the end, but that doesn't really matter.

It's all good.

Deconstruction 03-01-2006 02:10 PM

Damn paul!!! I wish I had the cash you did...though I am loving my Ibanez, I think I might get a new acoustic, Martin D 15 Custom

Leper 03-01-2006 02:12 PM

Well I was told that if they're rolled too tight, they're hard to smoke, and if they're rolled to loosely, the air pockets make it burn too fast.:-/

Bartender 03-01-2006 02:22 PM

Some guy was caught with a hash pipe in my school, and got expelled. To be fair, he was playing around with it in the middle of an English lesson, and when asked if he'd smoked 'drugs' or just tobacco with it (he was 16 at the time), didn't just say tobacco. So was his fault.

Leper 03-01-2006 02:32 PM

What an idiot. If you're that dumb you almost deserve to be expelled.

Shattered_Future 03-01-2006 02:40 PM

Quite true.

There's a large quantity of potheads in my school...I personally have no desire to try it.

Shadows 03-01-2006 02:44 PM

Something like that happened in my school. A kid was caught with drugs and expelled, but then his parents tried to sue the school for discrimination. I couldn't believe it.

Deconstruction 03-01-2006 02:45 PM

I want to try it but I dunno....

GenuineImitation 03-01-2006 02:50 PM

I never had any desire to smoke anything.

gmoneyguy 03-01-2006 02:51 PM

I heart smoking.

I hate dealing with automated voice machines.

Lord Abortion 03-01-2006 03:01 PM

There's a large difference between having the occasional smoke and being a total pothead.

I only smoke cigarettes if a hot girl offers me one, that's my rule :)

Steerpike 03-01-2006 03:07 PM

I actually think smoking is one of the most vile habits on the planet.

The thing that annoys me most about it is that I only know a few smokers who show any courtesy about it. Most of the time, people will just light up anywhere they please without thinking of anybody else and I end up getting a faceful of their nasty habit.

A couple guys I went to school with wouldn't smoke around me because they knew how much it irritated my lungs and throat, but other people would fix me with cold stares if I coughed. I never understood the logic behind that.

i'm so glad it's banned as of next summer in all UK pubs & clubs. it's the only thing i don't like about being a barman, i come home coughing and stinking.
