Oh tell me about it, my pc is about 6 years old, the C drive has about 20mb free space, D drive has a few gb left and that's about it. I have a 6 pound soundcard, broken speakers, no casing on my pc and it's infested with hardware. Using audacity means I have to shut down everything else.

W00t I love GAK, they put the cost of the above 462 pounds all the way down to 401.45. + 64 for the MIC220 preamp = 465.45.
Then add a Rode NT1 and it goes up to 590.45.

I'll extend over the budget somewhat with shipping, but it's better than dropping down to a Rode NT3.

Now I just need to convince the court that I need 600 pounds from the account :)

I need a new guitar too.

Ben, I played "The Real Folk Blues" again on the piano today. Man, I am out of practice on that song. I screwed up the outro so terribly badly that it was partially unrecognisable. Anyway, I'm still trying. Also, I'm really working on Radiohead - Sail to the Moon. I love that song.

My mum woke me up at 3am last night.
Completely drunk and blabbering on about how a cat got run over and it was probably ours and how I should go out onto the road and check.
I noticed it a little odd when I was about to leave the house and she told me,

So I went out, nothing, there was no body.
I came back, she sent me back out again to double check. Again nothing.
I came back in, went to bed, and at 3:30 am she woke me up again, this time she'd found our cat which wasn't actually dead, it'd just been clipped apparantly.
So what did she do? She carried it upstairs and made it do a dance in my face.
Then at 4am, she woke me up again, she'd left the cat downstairs and now it had dissapeared.
So I had to search for that, I looked upstairs and downstairs.
"Luke have you found it?"
"No"

No, i've not resorted to phoning yet. Im still awaiting some reply for my question as to why their game doesnt talk to my PC well.

I sent every scrap of information that I could as well, so they cant complain about not knowing the problem.
