No, he didn't limit them. The new upgrade to VBulletin did. He installed a mod to increase the size, but it's still limited to 170x200 or something.

and im sure its because they've had their avatars for a while now and even if jeremy puts up new parameters doesnt mean he can just take away what they already had.
