any other good death/thrash? i've heard dew-scented is pretty good, and that de lirium's order band that one slayer kid is raving about sounds pretty cool.

The death metal bands I like are Cannibal Corpse, Nile, Morbid Angel, and Deicide.

what a huge selection.
nile and deicide blow IMO but check out Death.

Morbid Angel and Deicide are the only good ones in that list.

deicide's latest is good, and nile has 2 great albums and one that's alright. But like you said, to each his own x_X

Storm of the Light's Bane was basically the first extreme metal album I got, so I'm partial to it.

Old Dissection is alright I suppose.
