I believe that would be a safe assumption to make.
I want their accoustic album as well, only £8.00 from HMV.

I probably have you to blame for that, actually.

Little Man being Erased 09-18-2006 05:50 PM

I bought Justin Timberlake - FutureSex/LoveSounds the other day after downloading it a week ago.

Wow, I didn't think anyone actually still liked them. I used to have that album, but then I sold it for $2.

Sepstrup 09-21-2006 04:39 PM

I finally bought The Smiths, Meat is Murder, Strangeways here we come and Hatful of Hollow. They came through the mail the other day with Martha Wainwright's self-titled (which is awesome) and At San Quentin.

Bukowski 09-21-2006 04:40 PM

I used to like Frenzal Rhomb :(.

Cheap NOFX ripoff bands = bad.

My last purchase was that Sebadoh reissue of III. It's mighty fine.

sexymuffin 09-21-2006 04:45 PM
Martha Wainwright.
related to rufus wainwright?

Little Man being Erased 09-21-2006 05:07 PM

I think so. Yes? Brother-sister I think.

And Sepstrup, that's a lot of Smiths. Well done.

His sister. She's awesome. It's sort of folk/pop, but bitter and man-hating (Sort of... she's a lesbian). Her voice is just as impressive as Rufus', if not more.

LittleMan > Yeah, I know. I've already heard all of the albums, some more than others. I thought it was about time I acquired actual copies of them.

run don't walk 09-21-2006 09:05 PM
I don't think she's gay, or anything close to as talented a singer as Rufus, but she is a great songwriter.

Today I got:

Elvis Presley - Elvis Presley and Elvis for €10
Opeth - Deliverence for €8
Someone once told me she was. Probably not a very reliable source. Her voice is spectacular though, and she sings just as well live.

I'm contemplating buying 4 Tom Waits albums that I don't have.

Yay @ Scrubs. The shows not on TV anymore here, I really miss it.

So I ordered three Waits albums and bought two. Discrography is nearing completion.

Ordered:
Heart of Saturday Night
One from the Heart
Nighthawks at the Diner

Bought:
Big Time
Foreign Affairs

I don't like Fargo
Yay @ Scrubs. The shows not on TV anymore here, I really miss it.
I really love Scrubs. I haven't really seen it on TV much over here. Although I think new episodes are on really late on one channel at the moment.

I'll just ignore that Fargo comment.

Sepstrup 09-26-2006 01:01 PM

I seriously don't see what's good about Fargo :P

Little Man being Erased 09-26-2006 03:26 PM

superpeer 10-05-2006 12:14 PM

I bought:

Therapy? - Born in a Crash (€4)

today, it'd been ages since I bought a CD and I came across this EP. So yay.

RedMorningLight 10-07-2006 02:29 PM

Minus The Bear - Menos el Oso
Architecture In Helsinki - In Case We Die

I've really enjoyed both, perhaps AIH more so. There are a couple of average tracks on the MTB album that let it down, but In Case We Die is consistently enjoyable all the way through.

Clunge 10-07-2006 02:46 PM

Amplifier - Insider

Absolutely brilliant, I've been waiting two years for it and it's certainly living up to expectations. Took me about 20/30 listens to really get into it but now... every riff just kills me :D.

Schizophrenia 10-07-2006 03:33 PM

I bought Loveless today, gooood stuff.
