I want you back here at the top o' the mornin'.

Don't be late, or castration will be considered.

Brain Toad 10-22-2004 12:27 AM

I'm going to bed, or rather to watch TV, then sleep.

Sid 10-22-2004 12:34 AM

I'm going to slowly make my way towards the sleeping place too.

IFlogMyMolly16 10-22-2004 12:47 AM

I just bought:

CRDVD 65
By the end of the 1970s, punk in Britain was splintering into several distinct strains, most of them quite "arty". Oi! music was an attempt to keep punk a populist, street-level phenomenon, and most of it came from the working class of South London and the cockney East End. Taking its name from the Cockney Rejects song Oi! Oi! Oi! (before which it was simply known as street-punk), Oi! was loud, brutal, and extremely simple. In essence, it was punk rock that was most at home in a rowdy pub (similar to hardcore but not quite as extreme). The Oi! movement was marked by strenuously collectivist politics and chanted, football-cheer choruses. The mid-'90s punk revival led to a renewal of interest in Oi! and many favourite early albums were reissued, with a number of new bands popping up both in the UK and overseas. The scene continues in popularity amongst it’s hardcore fans. The first ever to DVD to spotlight the Oi genre, “Oi Oi Oi” is a celebration of the Oi scene, featuring both live performance and interview footage from some of the main players in the genre including Peter And The Test Tube Babies, Sham 69, The Toy Dolls and The Exploited.

SHAM 69 – “Tell Us The Truth” / THE BLOOD – “Stark Raving Normal” / ANGELIC UPSTARTS – “Liddle Towers” / BLITZ – “New Age” / SPLODGENESSABOUNDS – “Two Pints Of Lager” / PETER & THE TEST TUBE BABIES – “Transvestite” / THE TOY DOLLS – “Nellie The Elephant” / RED ALERT – “In Britain” / ONE WAY SYSTEM – “Ain’t No Answers” / EXPLOITED – “Dead Cities” / THE OPPRESSED – “Government Out” / CONDEMNED 84 – “Up Yours” / BURIAL – “Our Future” / SECTION 5 – “We Won't Change” / BOISTEROUS – “Working Class Man” / ANOTHER MANS POISON – “Man Enough” / ARGY BARGY – “Vigilante” / THE WARRIORS (aka The Last Resort) – “King Of The Jungle” / BUSINESS – “Blind Justice” / THE CRACK – “Don't Just Sit There”

The first ever DVD release from one of Punk's longest serving and popular bands, Peter And The Test Tube Babies. The Test Tubes have been releasing classic punk anthems since the late 1970's, and are still going strong to this day. The DVD features two unique presentations of the band. "Cattle And Bum" is an entertaining and creative film, constructed by the band themselves. A testament to the humour and energy that the band generated over a decade, the film contains live footage old & new, promos, interviews and plenty of silliness. A classic.

"Live In Manchester" features an 'as it happened' record of the band at their most uncouth. This archive performance includes much previously unseen footage, as the 'Test Tubes' hurtle recklessly through their repertoire.

Many of the Test Tubes hits are featured on the DVD, with "Banned From The Pubs", "Run Like Hell", "Blown Out Again" and Moped Lads all at their raucous best. The band's back catalogue will be re-released this year, along with a brand new album. Sleeve notes on the DVD come from Test Tubes lead singer Peter.

TheNowhereman42 10-22-2004 01:03 PM

i had a kangaroo steak on the way back from skiing once, in the middle of the friggin desert theres a kangaroo, ostritch, and buffalo stand.

It also has the best shakes in the world, with 132 flavors.

Edit: It's great, its like the only building for 100 miles, and yet is always crowded.
