I woke up in the middle of the night with cramp in both of my calf muscles once, it was after a gig and I was de-hydrated.

It hurt, alot.

Brought a tear to my eye it did.

Mine has come from loads o walking yesterday, then short break, followed by cross town walking (45 min walk I do in under 30 mins), then back again. Then sleeping weird.

FInally, on the way from work, it kicked in. And now it wont go away.

I usually only get mild whiplash (YOURE ACTING LIKE A MANIAC.....WHAT IS IT?) from gigs. And a sore throat.

Yeah, a weird one where i was at my friends birthday meal (which is on friday).

It was a crappy chinese meal, and i got kicked out for wearing jeans. Eventful dream.

In last nights dream I was jogging around my local park (an activity i would never do, and a place i never visit) where i met this annoying guy who was feeding crusty bread to the ducks - he wouldnt leave me alone. Frustrating

We need Brew to be a controllabble Freddy Krueger character, to sort out our annoying dreams and return us all to the land of the Bikini babes.

Dammit, i have fodder for an MX UK episode now. But im miles away from a p/c milestone

13 hours isnt impressive if you have only 8 beers in that time though. But phoney records are good for the press. However, i doubt you had that few brew.
Maybe 22 brew.

In the morning at about 8am, I was drinking Stella out of a tea-cup.

1/4 bottle of pure polish spirit (88.5%)
3 large beers
2 double whiskys
1/4 bottle of vodka
and about 2 shots of raika
