I didn't say there was anything wrong with it. Just that you are going to have to work harder for the same nutrients that meat contains. Like you may need to take iron supplements and amino acid supplements

I'm a vegetarian. I've never once in my life given anyone crap for eating meat. If they want to, that's cool, I don't care.

I've gotten so much crap over the years for not eating meat.

Just the other day I was at a restaurant and ordered a veggie burger. The guy was like "a vegetarian, huh? You should eat meat man!" and when he took the next person's order he was like "are you one of those weirdo vegetarians too?"

I realize he was probably messing around, but it was still annoying.
