I just have to think of the irony of us bieng in the tool thread, and maynard never seeing at all there.

I know he is over the top, but I just find it funny. And he is really good with music, though i think he turned common's album into a kanye west ft common album. Which i though was out of order.

Kanye West is on of the best rappers and is a brilliant producer, Ive never really seen him do stupid stuff outside of music.

I liked 'Diamonds of Sierra Leone,' that was a good song, and 'Gold Digger' wasn't bad, I'm interested in hearing other work from him.

I've never heard about him being a dick about anything.

So... Porcupine Tree, how good is Deadwing! Why didn't I listen to these guys properly before now. Which of their other albums is their best?

Yeah they are good enough but I just dont see the brilliance everyone else does I feel left out :/

I have In Absentia and Deadwing and I havnt listend to the newer on yet but the other I have and it didnt really wow me.

They are rather good, mind you I've only heard Deadwing, but they seem to be a bit overrated by their fans.

I heard some of their stuff before, and didn't really find it that great. Although, I never really like anything the first time I hear it anyway. I'll give them another chance, when I get my computer fixed.

I love Steven Wilson as a backing vocalist, but as a lead... hes not that good IMO.

It must be a popularity issue. I might be the only on in my county to have even heard of PT. They just don't get the recognizition. Also, accesibility might be a factor.

I took the morse code, and alternated placing the symbols from the title of his message, and I got that. :eek:
