hmmm.. thats unfortunate.

at least you dont play drums!

Foxfire 10-30-2004 11:33 PM

Tryxx, you got AIM?

Tryxx 10-30-2004 11:35 PM

Nah, MSN. I hate how AIM makes funny noises everytime I hit post something...

I'll try installing it seeing if I can use my old names... I think TryxxMagicks and HotWireLine I'll try the former.

Foxfire 10-30-2004 11:38 PM

Okay.

My name on it is TherodoreFoxfire

Speaking of drums, does anyone know where/ how much I could get a really cheap drum set? I kinda want one just to mess around on, but I don't want to spend very much, if possible. I might ask in the drum forum, but I'm too lazy to do that right now.

Tryxx 10-30-2004 11:56 PM

$500-600 From what I here, with cymbals for a CHEAP one... But then again I know nothing.

I have AIM again, I want people to harass! TryxxMagicks <--Me.

Foxfire 10-30-2004 11:56 PM

You could get a Ludwig kit for 350, but it will not have the cymbals.

Double bass ?Tama? kit for 750, with no cymbals.

janyeno 10-30-2004 11:56 PM

i think my newest bass line to my nesest song sounds too close to a tool song... and i don't know if i want to change it or not...

Tryxx 10-30-2004 11:57 PM

Tool is good...I'd leave it. Foxfire might slightly disagree...

Hmmm ... that's a bit more than I was hoping. I'll look around (used and stuff) ... and I'll probably put it on my x-mas list.

Foxfire 10-31-2004 12:02 AM

Well I mean...

My friend got a Pulse drumkit for 300; it had cymbals. :p

Don't know how good it is though.

Nah it's fine in my opinion.

I believe that everything is going to sound like something. Always.

Tryxx 10-31-2004 12:05 AM

Heh. There are Tool fans, and there are fanatics. And not the good kind of fanantic, I'm talking about people who would rape someone because there NAME was Maynard...or would vote for a certain person in a comp because it sounds remotely like Tool. *Huggles Tool/APC/Tapeworm/And all the other side projects*

Foxfire 10-31-2004 12:05 AM

Sounds like teenage girls my age and Kurt Cobain.

Tryxx 10-31-2004 12:08 AM

*Hugs Kurt* I like Kurt... I'm not obsessed as I once was, but I like Kurt.
