Listening to Jane Doe right now... Converge are amazing, though the older stuff had some iffy vocals. I'd always call them chaotic hardcore because people always assume metalcore has to sound like inflames with screams and breakdowns.

Other metalcore I like:

Vision Of Disorder!
Misery Signals
Stampin' Ground
The Bled (shame they didn't continue with the experimental angle from Found In The Flood)
Poison The Well (first two full lengths, anyway. Now they're post-hardcore)
Underoath before Dallas left (Cries of the past is one of my favourites)
Two Minute Silence
All Shall Perish (deathcore?)
Heaven Shall Burn
36 Crazyfists
Bloodsimple
KSE
Unearth
Stick To Your Guns
The Agony Scene
It Dies Today (I know, I know... but they have great choruses)
