I still regret selling my super nintendo 10 years ago or so :(

That thing was so awesome.

Nostalgia 04-05-2006 01:31 PM

Nah, I'm stickin' with Donkey Kong. That game is so fun, I've had to of beat it over 20 times, it gets better everytime. Anyone remember Earth Worm Jim? God, that game was classic.
I still regret selling my super nintendo 10 years ago or so

You can still find them where I live. They're actually quite high priced, considering they're kind of like...Original, so to speak.

Stormrider 04-05-2006 01:33 PM

Donkey Kong owns. I have the first and second on gamboy, and all 3 on Super Nintendo. Gamboy ones have more things though, like you have to find cameras and stuff.

I love Mario games though. Except I don't have any of them anymroe on my Super Nintendo :(

Nostalgia 04-05-2006 01:36 PM

What's really good about 'em is they can contribute to your whole family, like my Mom used to love playing Super Nintendo. With Xbox they get a litle too high-tech. Things start gettin' confusing! =P

Yes,I so remember that
It was awesome indeed, how hilarious.

Anyone ever played: The Lost Vikings?
That was so awesome as well.

I remember Earth Worm. I just don't realy remember the game itself.

I remember that Baby Boomers game from the first nintendo though :p

Lunch 04-05-2006 01:57 PM

Great Nintendo Games: Super Metroid, Donkey Kong, Mario Kart, Zelda, Mortal Kombat, Ninja Warrirors, off the top of my head.

the2stranger 04-05-2006 02:06 PM

Mortal Kombat, I owned anyone at that game.

Stormrider 04-05-2006 02:55 PM

I loved Mortal Kombat...wasnt too good back then, but I loved it anyways. Sadly, I don't have it anymore though.

Games 3 and beyond were way too much.

and the earth explodes. Fun the first couple times but not after a hundred times.

eDIT: Mortal Kombat, that is.

superpeer 04-05-2006 03:21 PM

Wot?! When did Happy change his name to Flower Dance? :\

That sucks.

EDIT: Time to watch the Fast Show

Lord Abortion 04-05-2006 03:43 PM

Mortal Kombat and The Fast show both rule.

I can no longer hear any reference to Jazz without going "Nice"

My Drama thing went okay, apart from some problems with the music etc. but my band didn't play...meh.

How's you guys?

I like that name. :-/

I'm getting a haircut in a while but nothing else really. My firends arrive until tomorrow and I'm going to the beach on Tuesday.

Thor 04-05-2006 04:38 PM

I'll be gone for a few days. My school band is taking a field trip to Virginia and I won't be back until Sunday. I wish you all happy posting in my absence.

Lord Abortion 04-05-2006 04:52 PM

I got to a certain point in my Student loan application form and gave up, I need a little help from my parents, methinks.

Move to Australia. Here, the government pays for you, and you pay them back in small amounts, interest-free, with no time-frame as long as you're earning under $35 000 a year.

However, the HECS scheme and our world class medical insurance scheme are soon going to be scrapped because John Howard likes George Bush so much that he wants to make Australia as fucked up and shitty as the US. No offense to any Yanks here.

Riva 04-05-2006 05:20 PM

Not much really. Studying up on some of my lecture notes, because I ran into a brick wall on my report. Why should I know the sources of recharge in the Russell River province in the wet season, I ask you!

I think so.
I wrote my written notice for work to hand in on saturday, and booked my Youth hostel for after Cannibal Corpse.
This is an adequate substitute for not doing my form yet.
I have done two things I haven't been arsed to do this week so far.
I am proud. I just have to catch up on homework and fill that form out tomorrow and I can feel all up to date with life.

Riva 04-05-2006 07:19 PM

Not quite. You don't have to apply for this, and it isn't limited to a certain amount of money, and you can't spend it on anything other than Uni. It is charged against you each semester, but you don't have to pay it until you leave Uni. You can pay it earlier and get a 20% discount.

Hey there, fellas. So is "The Jam Session" basically the new Audio Arena? I'm wondering where I can whore my song.

The Audio Arena still exists, but it's just hidden from the forums home page.

It's still forum ID 37.

Alright everything's ok again with me and Nichole...ah, the continuing saga of love...I'm just so glad she's giving me a second chance...

And I put a live clip of my band on myspace (last Friday's show with The Autumn Offering)...check it out, look closely though because our vocalist does something hilariously random...

I'm two seconds away from firing our drummer and doing an entire melodic death metal album with programmed drums...........

The only thing that's stopping me is that I really hate the sound of programmed drums (and its soooo time consuming)......

And it generally doesn't work for melodic death metal

BTW, you guys are F*cking awesome.

Shred Danson 04-05-2006 11:00 PM

An entire melodeath album with programmed drums! That's just great.

And thanks!

You are very welcome.

And we may not have a choice......if I have to, I'll make it ****in work, and it'll be ****in awesome, and I'll call it industrial techmelodeath, and I'll be critically hailed as a ****in genius...... sorry, i'm a little mad right now......I'm at the point where I'm going to do anything to put this ****in album out......

Sleepy 04-05-2006 11:11 PM

Behemoth, you and Condemned are fucking great. I downloaded the 3 songs you had available for DL on myspace...and I was amazed. Keep the metal alive, man - I friended you on there (I'm the silly-looking blonde kid with the Burger King hat).

Good luck on finding a drummer...if there's anything I can do to support you guys just let me know - I'll be one of the first to buy your shirts, EPs, CDs, etc. Just keep rocking hard and stay metal \m/

I had a feeling it might ease your rage minutely. I'm glad it helped you feel better, though. Just do me a small favor and tell me what you think of my band once we hit the recording studio (within themonth, probably). Thanks :thumb:

No prob, will do.......BTW, you got our full demo----almost. I will take the scratch track off of there soon and put the 4th song from the demo back up so you can DL it too......we just put that scratch track up so that people could get an idea of where we are going with things.....

I rather liked the scratch track, thought it had the best riffage.

I'm going to hit the hay...it's kinda late here. Night, MX.

Morning all. Yet another slow day today.

For some reason last night I felt I was going to die whilst listening to Classical music. I was half asleep and everytime I heard a loud bit it felt like I was being suffocated :(

the2stranger 04-06-2006 05:23 AM

Morning all.

I'm still in my PJ's.
I'm a lazy bum
Ireally should hit the showers.
