looking back i was actually a straight up alcoholic for a year or so and it was one of the worst times of my life

ive never had alcohol detox but i used to have some definite stage one alcoholic shit where i'd like puke my guts up for no reason and i'd get the shakes if i went a day or two without drinking

how much were you guys drinking at that point

at my worst i drank maybe 6+ pints of beer a day i thought i was verging on alcoholism idk

prolly doesn't sound like much but i drank that every day and started at like midday and got mad depressed when i didn't drink one night

only drank on the weekends during college


the most I ever drank was about 9 beers in one night

i was drinking like at least a pint of whiskey everyday for a few months, usually up all night going to bars and riding around till we were all puking and incoherent

i slowed down with alcohol like three months ago because the amount of ridiculous incidents it was causing was unbelievable

yeah it was really the only way i could fit in and be a cool at that point in my life

its just so easy to underestimate the alchohol and get totally beligerant when you were just trying to get enough liquid courage to hit on some girls and act tough
