I think it's funny that they're on the Ozzfest bill this year.

"Yeah dude can't wait to hear Shadows Fall and Cavalera Conspiracy, ****in' metal bro!"
*Riger Mortis starts to play*
"Oh my God my ears can't handle this level of shredderey and awesomeness!" (head explodes).

jrowa001 05-20-2008 09:58 AM

downloading the new COmmunic album! cant wait, i hope its as good or better thanWaves of Visual Decay

south_of_heaven 11 05-20-2008 11:35 AM

Communic isn't really thrash IMO.

jrowa001 05-20-2008 10:09 PM

yeah i figured someone would say that. but they have thrash elements, in a more prog metal atmosphere. i like them though

Stevie II 05-21-2008 02:49 AM

I'd give my boner to anyone who sends me Rigor Mortis' first. I've been searching around for that and can't find it.

FatalEnergy 05-21-2008 03:28 AM

I used to have it. I was never a big fan of them though.

south_of_heaven 11 05-21-2008 06:21 AM

First demo, or first full-length?

Stevie II 05-21-2008 06:50 AM

full length

south_of_heaven 11 05-21-2008 09:12 AM

Just type in "Rigor Mortis - Rigor Mortis rapidshare" into google

Stevie II 05-21-2008 09:13 AM

Making fun of Rob Dukes. I'd really only watch for like the first minute or so, cause I didn't find the parody of "Children of a Worthless God" to be that funny.

Nostalgia 05-23-2008 12:26 PM

Bloooooooood on Sattttaaaannnnnnnn'sssssss Cllaaawwwsssssss

south_of_heaven 11 06-21-2008 11:09 AM

Heard a rumor...and hopefully it's just a rumor...

Anyway, the rumor is......that Exodus is going to re-recorded "Bonded by Blood" with Dukes on vocals.

Oh God the agony....

Bordello 06-21-2008 11:15 AM

Heard a rumor...and hopefully it's just a rumor...

Anyway, the rumor is......that you touch little boys in the pants

Oh God the agony....

south_of_heaven 11 06-21-2008 11:19 AM

That still wouldn't be half as bad as Dukes doing vocals on "A Lesson in Violence"

Stevie II 06-21-2008 11:38 AM

they must know thats a bad idea surely

jrowa001 06-21-2008 11:59 AM

any Forbidden fans?

south_of_heaven 11 06-21-2008 12:08 PM

They're decent I guess.

Volumnius Flush 06-21-2008 10:50 PM

I saw Exodus in concert. Exodus had the fastest guitar players I have ever seen in concert.

jrowa001 06-22-2008 12:34 AM

ive been hooked on Forbidden Evil for a while

Apocalyptic Raids 06-22-2008 01:23 AM

Forbidden have three great songs and not much else.

lol @ that video. and about the BBB thing, it's happening with guest singers not just dukes.

pate 06-22-2008 10:40 AM

I'm not sure which is worse: Guest singers, or Dukes alone. They're both **** ideas.

gmoneyguy 06-24-2008 08:10 PM

Can I get some thrash suggestions in the vein of Municipal Waste?

pate 06-24-2008 08:15 PM
Can I get some thrash suggestions in the vein of Municipal Waste?
Violator perhaps

RetiredAt21 06-24-2008 08:34 PM

If you like Municipal Waste, you will definitely love Crucial Unit and Cross Examination.

gmoneyguy 06-24-2008 08:51 PM

Thanks guys, I'll make sure to check them all out.

RetiredAt21 06-24-2008 08:53 PM

Check out Crucial Unit first. They sound more like Municipal Waste than the others asides from the high pitched vocals, but they are cool as ****.

ArcLite 07-30-2008 07:48 PM

Hey there, Thrash thread...

Seeing Testament tomorrow and just wondering if anyone has been to see them on this tour. Sounding good? Setlist?
