^ I have no problem with rhytm. I notice when people start off at bass they had difficulty keeping the rhythm and need metronomes, but I have absolutely no problem learning rhythm. I have difficulty learning the notes and the patterns, but with rhythm I can do it very well. Not to brag, but I think it's weird.

ya I use Guitar Pro 4. But for some reason for the last while , any songs I try to learn i Fail misserably, I even contemplated quttignfor a short period of time :upset: . Does anyone know any sogns to get my spirits ?

I had my history exam last friday. I got a 81%. COuld have gotten better though

When I started coming here, I stopped after a while. I pulled it from 0.10 posts a day to 4.32 I think right now. That's pretty sad, too, seeing as total, I was gone for about 8 months or something.

Yeah, I hate the feeling of knowing you could have done better so easily, if only you'd done a tiny bit of extra study.

I'm doing my final high school exams at the moment, and I need these overall marks to get the final mark I want:

90-95% : History
80-85% : English
93-98% : English Extension; Postmodernism
90-95% : Visual Arts
70-75% : Music Course 1
75-85% : Studies Of Religion

I think I have an alright chance of getting the marks I need in English, I've been around that area all year. I think I should be able to get that mark in Modern History, I've been going at that right level all year with it, and I think if I get down and really study the dates/facts for once instead of just using big words, I could get a really good mark. English Extension is weird, but I've going well in it, I got 94% in the practice run of the exam and I think I did better answers in the test on Friday, but I don't know. It's always hard to tell with a subject like that, especially in the creative responses, because it depends a lot on the marker. Art I should be able to get the mark I want in, it's a joke of a subject anyway. Music Course 1 messes me up, and I should have done a proper subject instead. It's like, a watered down music course that involves no theory and only practical. This sounds like a sweet deal, but it isn't; you don't learn anything you will ever use, only how to say "This piece has a smooth, fluid texture. It has a rich tone colour." And crap like that. The practical also, has no emphasis on technique or ability, but instead on presentation. I worked my a[size=2]s[/size]s off to learn Portrait Of Tracy for an assessment, and I got like a 4/20 for it, the comments being: "the composition lacks direction and is uninteresting." I was then advised to "play something a bit more on the bassy side, like The Strokes!" But enough of that. Studies Of Religion for me is the hardest exam. It's three hours, and you write three essays, a bunch of paragraphs, some full page answers, and multiple choice questions. It's not really that hard, it's just there is a lot to learn. The main part that is difficult is learning heaps of quotes from the Koran and the Bible for the comparative essays.

At any rate I've done Music, English, and English Extension. I've got Modern History on Tuesday, Religion on Wednesday, and Art next Monday, and then High School is over forever.

I just hope I can get a good mark, just so I have something to be proud of.

I reckon one of my best friends is, for that matter. He's never shown a huge interest in girls that I can remember, and for the last year he's been with a Romanian girl he's seen a couple of times... Personally I think that's a front to cover lack of interest.

Plus I've occasionally had a kind of feeling that he's attracted to me.


That said, of my 4 housemates, I know 3 of them are either gay or bi.
