man i watched a special with AFI the other day, and i almost cried on how much they suck now. they had all these stupid trendy dicks on there talking about how " AFI is so dynamic", " AFI is the best band ever". god those people make me want to puke.

yeah i liked AFI since they came out with Very Proud of YA ever since they came out with sing the sorrow i've been noticing the direction they are going and its making me sad...

I saw them at Nottingham and Birmingham this week. Good times, but they really gotta start shaking up the setlist a bit more.

excelent band going to there concert (cant say when cause thats against the forum rules) cant wait though. they are a terrific band, i own all there cds except proud of ya cause its not really that good anyways. many people like the proud of ya cd and the blacksails. black sails in the sunset, sing the sorrows, and art of drowning if you include the ep and there extra songs is an excelent collection and is at least worth trying out. there not a classic but definitly close

so many people are bashing afi i thouht you couldnt lol. if you hate them say you hate them, dont say they suck and you want to vomit thats just not cool. well lol i love afi so i cant really see there side. i mean if there was a thread on paris hilton lol i may bash allittle but we alll know why that is/..

Cool. Glad we clarified that. I was supposed to go see AFI tomorrow... But I couldn't get a ticket in time... And in no way am I going to pay more than what it should for a ticket.

afi is having a ton of local tour dates for the new england area, anyone interested should look at etix or there website afi.net. there concerts are kick but its worth going

they kick butt in concert thats all i can say it was terrific

I love AFI, haven't had the good fortune to see them live yet though. They are my favorite band, but not because of Decemberunderground. I always feel the need to clarify that to set myself apart from the "Omg dude! Miss Murder is TEH BESTEST and DAVEY IS TEH HOTNESS!" crowd. I do love that song and pretty much that whole album, but Their best was eiter STS or Black Sails for me. Prob black sails in the sunset... Brilliant CD and you can really tell a musical difference having Jade come into the band from Mark, their old guitarist.

And the live show is supposed to be great from what i have heard/seen. Not as good as the old days, but still great... I wish they would tour their punk stuff sometime...

I'm liking Love Like Winter right now even though that album isn't so good. <Black sails in the sunset is the best.

I saw AFI when they came here. Couldn't have asked for a better first show. Would've been better if I didn't almost lose a shoe though.

I quite like December Underground, it's the only AFI album I actually purchased. Although I like their earlier albums alot more.

I've come to the conclusion that The All Hallows ep is my favourite thing AFI has released.

I really love AFI. Sing the Sorrow and Art of Drowning are awsome albums.
