Dude shut up about telling people how rich they are. My house is big too. However my brother is going to an expensive school, and without scholarships, I will not be able to go to school untill I am over twenty.

My point is, having a big house does not make you rich, and having one of the bigger houses in my town, I get that a lot and hate it.
And having a big house means your not poor. You can be middle class and have a big house depending on the location.

Sid 10-20-2004 11:29 PM

I live on the beach.

With my computer.

How far are you from hollywood?

Brain Toad 10-20-2004 11:32 PM

Big house in California = usually a sign you're rich. A small house in California is d'amn expensive, especially in the Bay Area.

My dad has his own business, and had a store last year, hit us hard because we were basically on one income. Stupid Vallejo and it's crappy treatment of the small businessman

Sid 10-20-2004 11:33 PM

Bay Area represent.

It does not mean you are not poor. When I lived in Denver, we lived in a wealthy suburb with a nice house. We were middle class untill my brother went to college. Now we are lowere middle class.

CONNER_NWHC 10-20-2004 11:33 PM

Owning a bussiness would be better because you are your own boss.

CONNER_NWHC 10-20-2004 11:35 PM

My house has 4 bedrooms and one bath and its recorded as 550,000

Brain Toad 10-20-2004 11:36 PM
Owning a bussiness would be better because you are your own boss.
The only way you'll ever get rich is working for yourself. But there is a huge risk involved. My dad's fell on its face because he sells diecast cars, toys, and collectibles, and basically Walmart and Target can drive a lot of his customers away. Vallejo isn't friendly to new smalls businesses, so if we re-open a store, it will be in Benicia or Napa.

Repping the 707 boy!

I hate people who do that. They don't realise the 707 area code goes all the way up to Eurkea.

South Orange County and San Diego are amazing SoCal places though.

Jeez, I never realized how much housing was down there. my house has 4 bedrooms, but they are packed togeher, and it is only worth like 140,000. The thing people don't realize about my house is that it is 50 years old, and beginning to break down.
