Ugh and I have a 1,000 word contract problem on estoppel for my contract seminar on friday.

we have a drinking game that we play here called extreme mario kart

basically everybody has a beer, and the rules are you play normally, but you have to finish your beer before the track is over - and you can't drink while you're driving

there are a bunch of different strategies, you can try to chug the beer at the beginning of the round, or you could just drink when you get hit off the edge or hit by a shell or something

you can also do a shotgun round where you don't drink during the game, but the loser has to shotgun a beer

soon as we got to australia we were like "damn look at all deez big animals" and killed everything that was over 100 lbs cuz we own dem streets

back when i had my apartment we used to always play mario kart and smash brothers when we were trashed. then one of my friends got mad at a lost game of smash and threw the cartridge off my balcony. funny thing was it still worked. then we just started throwing it off because it was funny and it continued working. then someone curbstomped it and it no longer worked.
