Is anyone here studying psychology?

Fuzzy 05-06-2008 08:21 PM

Couldn't help you brother, I'm sorry!

Look into the mirror and tell me what you see
Is it 10,000 angels or a black nativity
You know that seeing is believing, so don’t ask of me the truth
The answer lies within us, on the forest of our youth

There’s a nasty danger hidden where our faith jumps the tracks
The last bullets of a savior fall forgotten through the cracks
As the gunsmoke finally settles and the bells begin to toll
He staggers on, victorious, a body full of holes

Do you remember? The choir singing, tuneless
But forsaken, their footprints weigh
So heavy on our hearts
Our hearts, moving on
Watch the vultures welcoming the tired
Setting sun, the rays collide
So heavy on our hearts
Our hearts, moving on

Saddle up the horses; it’s time to hang ‘em high
Wind ripping through the sad mess of color that we fly
A steady drum roll of hooves grows, they blot out the sun
Three men beaten haggard - living life by the gun

A honky-tonk piano stammers old favorites out
Then is silenced by a desperate bastardized shout
The fire in their bellies leaps, a sick inferno
Still the cold in those icy eyes threatens to explode

Do you remember? The choir singing, tuneless
But forsaken, their footprints weigh
So heavy on our hearts
Our hearts, moving on
Watch the vultures welcoming the tired
Setting sun, the rays collide
So heavy on our hearts
Our hearts, moving on

So precious is our purpose, I couldn’t spill it if you asked me
Thick and thin rein in the chorus, but it’s you for whom they sing
Come the coachman in the mourning through the salty tongues of ocean
What is love, but just a feeling? What is love, but just a feeling!?

Do you remember...?

iamjoe2 05-06-2008 08:27 PM

Harrow 05-06-2008 10:53 PM

Try doing an 13,000 word assignment.:smash:

Harrow 05-06-2008 10:55 PM

Wow I just checked my word count, 6784...wtf is a 13,000 word assignment? Is that like your PHD dissertation or something? JESUS!

Harrow 05-06-2008 11:56 PM

HAHA I won the auction

*passes out on the floor*

bobby__johnny 05-07-2008 12:05 AM

imo, a word count shouldnt be overly nessessary. as long as all required points needed are touched and discussed.

BummerJonny 05-07-2008 12:31 AM

what did you win?

Win A Rabbit 05-07-2008 12:39 AM

yeah so nofx concert kinda blew. they had it in like the worst possible venue for a punkrock show. it was basically the size of an airplane hangar. soooooooooo much reverb, the sound was so bad. and all the bands kept acknowledging how bad it sounded, and nofx talked about how they got conned into playing there and next time they come they're playing 2 nights at a little club that sounds decent.

BummerJonny 05-07-2008 12:49 AM

ah, that blows... know how you feel, saw them at the brixton academy. massive venue, had slipknot and slayer there.

i'd love to see em somewhere like the concorde, its tiny, and really close and personal...

Nope, in school. Haha. I did 4-unit english, which is like... english + extention english + extention of extention english.

BummerJonny 05-07-2008 12:51 AM

i have 9 1000 word essays due in on friday :(

yeah i just checked the floorplans of the hall it was in, and it's 77,577 square feet, with a 32' high ceiling. all concrete/metal.

Jezen 05-07-2008 01:36 AM

I found a cute girl who I like more for her personality.

What's happening to me?!

Meeting up with a pole dancer tonight, hopefully that'll remedy the problem...

Seafroggys 05-07-2008 01:58 AM

Because obviously pole dancers have no souls.

Jezen 05-07-2008 02:26 AM

This one doesn't that's why I like her.
