Wow. I don't know what to say when it comes to someone as ridiculous as that kid.

It's unfortunate that the forums get polluted with people like that.

Has anyone also noticed a rise in gimmick accounts lately? The newest one being "Penisaurus."

Code Red was "impersonating" Jeremy too under the alias /\/\X. Wintermute saw who it was and threatened an IP ban. He should have gone through with it.
I haven't notcied too many, mainly because they stay in the pit.

What? How did that happen? Maybe they are just being herded there for mass bannings or something.

Six Foot Revolver 02-11-2005 01:25 PM

Where are they all?
America prime time comes soon so it will liven up a bit

munky_magik 02-11-2005 01:27 PM

Well, Bartender was in the process of travelling home, Hi by the way, Bobo was here but left. As did AntiHero. I haven't seen JPJ, Zepfan, Woodstock or any of the others. Cjborton is in bed I think, Riva I don't know about.
What? How did that happen? Maybe they are just being herded there for mass bannings or something.
I think it came about becuase Emo/Hardcore etc.. were generating a lot of discussion in the punk thread. Also I think it may have been dissrupting the Punk forum a bit so it was decided to move them into a new sub forum.

And now apparently I'm alone :(

Actually make that leaving. Bye bye

Bartender 02-11-2005 01:47 PM

Oh okay. See you later.

How is anyone else that's still here?

Six Foot Revolver 02-11-2005 01:49 PM

I'm fine thanks. You?

Bartender 02-11-2005 01:57 PM

I'm good. Home for the weekend, which means slower internet connection, but good anyway. Unexpectedly, my sister's friend from Sweden is over here again, for their half-term, and, not to dance around the point, she's gorgeous. So that's naturally put me on a bit of a high, too.

Cain 02-11-2005 02:33 PM

Good afternoon/evening folks.

Six Foot Revolver 02-11-2005 02:33 PM
But I'm back, baby, yeah...

Happy weekends to all. I hope none of you have as much shit to do this weekend as I have to :(

PS to Bartender: thanks for going with the flow of obnoxious reppage and not banning me. You know you secretly wanted one...

EDIT: Oh noes, I killed this thread again.
Your hope is in vain :(

Two papers, Physics homework, EE Homework, and Dynamics HW. :'(

Mx_Music_Fanatic 02-11-2005 02:43 PM

hey everyone! how are you all doing? :)

Permanent Solution 02-11-2005 02:49 PM
That's a raw deal, good luck, though :)

8-pager on "Plunkitt and Tammany Hall" for American History
Lesson planning for education and diversity in education
Prepare oral presentation for education
Read for my Honors class
Revise paper

Bleh, and all the stuff I have to do is on the computer, so that means I'll be posting on MX instead of concentrating on my paper/lesson planning :(
All the answers are on my computer...so same deal here. The paper will be lame, this teacher (honors) gives you an ambiguous quote dealing with power and ambition and says to analyze it in relation to one event in a book we read this semester. 5 pages. Plus another paper on this PBS program on slavery in the US for the same class...I hate honors hah.

What is your education class though? As in preperation for teaching?

Broken Arrow 02-11-2005 02:58 PM

I think I passed my music test today.
Words...lots of words
Yeah, that makes sense, sounds very time consuming though. What are you planning on teaching/what is your major?

Permanent Solution 02-11-2005 03:13 PM

Ah, very cool...I could never teach high school heh, but good luck with that anyways. It seems like you're pretty focused though, so it sounds great, are you going to be out of school in four years, or is it a longer degree?

Permanent Solution 02-11-2005 03:20 PM

Ah see, I never dreamed of being a pro-athlete because I suck at sports, but I intend on being a roc...nah, I am actually looking to become a sound engineer, so I'll be minoring in music, and majoring in Electrical Engineering. The nice thing about it is that if I end up not liking my job, EE still has tons of career options and is a very flexible and desireable degree. It should be a 4 year program and then 1-3 years at grad school depending on the program I apply to and the depth of it.

I'm curious though, what are you majoring in now if you aren't in the College of Education? Which school are you in?

Anarchick 02-11-2005 03:27 PM

lol i'm gonna be a rockstar lol actually its inevitable i'm not good at anything else... hmmmm **** that reminds me i have a chem test to study for and i have to write a paper on nepleon....****it!

xizoesira 02-11-2005 03:34 PM

Whee, a Windows XP Pro CD. Reformatting time!

Permanent Solution 02-11-2005 03:34 PM
More words
Yeah, it seems like a really nice job and I think I would really enjoy it, but if I don't I'll still have other uses for my degree which is great.

Ah see, here you apply to the College of Education from the start, and that's where your major is based. Seems fairly easy to get in though, so seems like a good deal. I have to keep a 3.4 to stay enrolled here :(

That program seems really career centered, which is great if you know that is definitely what you want to do it will give you a good boost once you apply for employment.

EDIT: That makes sense, curriculum seems to weed out half the engineers haha. Half of our class dropped out of Physics first semester and another half of that didn't take it second semester.
