well we had this tiny house further in the city before that was like 419000 and moved out to scarbs for a house the same price but housing getting more expensive here since + my parents constant renovations means this place is worth more than a bit more

its a larger lot i guess not a huge house or anything

450,000 for a house is only expensive in small towns, you'd be lucky to get a medium house here for that much.

ours cost 189,000 I believe in 2000 now is probably worth more than double that

My parents house costs around 750K but they live in a pretty expensive area in CT. And the house isn't even that big.
