It's from the FF Thread in the Video Game section. Several of us have avatars and titles to represent one of our favorite characters. I'm running a Vivi (FF9), Brum's got Sephiroth (FF7), and other people are running stuff like Kain and Red XIII. Heck, I think AJiG is running a FF av, but I'm not sure.

Kind of a long shot, but I'll ask anyway;

There's an advert on British TV occasionally, for Pantene. The first half of the ad is slow, piano-driven music, shots of women looking peaceful and happy with good hair. The second half, the music goes all dance-y, while The Voice explains the benefits of amino-nutriate-hybogeliffisus or whatever. That's incredibly vague, but it's all the information I have.

Anyway, I really badly recognise the piano-driven music at the beginning of the advert. Please tell me what it is.

My friend has a Fear factory drumstick. Its hardly splintered, since he's MR Double bass man. But its till kewl.

And Bartender, once i remmeber what advert it is (TV watching is kinda bluring with me recently), ill get thinking, im usually good at getting car advert music (apart from Pegeuot ones), so maybe itll work with this too.

oh, and for those who are good at maths. Take 7 varied, but easy-ish math problems (long addition with decimals, fractions-decimal conversions, algerbra probem, averages, etc). Sit down with them, get a timer.

Give yourself 3 minutes.


Answer as many as you can. Then realise, once you fail, that this is for a job interview, and you still have 2 essays to complete.

Long story short, today's interview sucked. It was horrible.

Kinda a necessary skill for an account though. However, i would imagine that 3 minutes to them is piss. For someone who has been out of education for almost a year, its a mountain.

I would have been doing algebra in my sleep if I had know it was going to be a sprint maths test.

I still want the IT job more than this one though, so I guess its a good thing i sucked.

Accountant assistant. First rung of the local council promotion scheme, so it would be nice to have a chance of getting it. Especially the wages local councils pay.

I got to see lots of sexetaries today. No wood rubbing though.

And Mike, anytime after 6pm GMT or most of the weekend im available. Now im too lazy to figure out what the US time equvilent is. And download the LOTR:Gladiator map from the official site, its a real challenge, but kicks max ***.

When you say 6pm GMT, you mean Greenwhich Mean Time? Whatever time it is GMT, it's five hours ahead of EST (where I am). So 6pm GMT would be 1pm EST. So I could play with you anytime after 1pm. Okay. Thanks. And I'll see about that new map, Ben.
