It tastes like cough medicine. When you add Red Bull, it's like grape soda. Either way, it's by far the easiest way to consume lots of booze without gagging.

Absinthe is messed up, my mate got some on holiday to Greece that was 85% or something stupid. I had 1 shot after a couple of beers and it seriously messed my evening up. Never again.

Don't Smoke / Get Off The Internet from 2007, which was the first thing released under "the Microphones" for 5 years. there's a video on youtube that has a clip from the song Don't Smoke and it kicks ***. also, it comes on a nifty lookin white vinyl. the other one was the Moon Moon 7", with I Lost My Wind on the b-side. this is from 2000, and apparently only 500 of these were printed

just bought a netbook today so i can surf the web while i'm stuck in detroit for a month

I went back to school last week and saw EVERYONE sporting a netbook. It looks like this year's Macbook Pro at my school.

I don't understand why college kids are buying netbooks. I bought mine strictly for traveling, so I can pay bills online, check my email, stay in contact with people while I'm away, etc. Many of them don't come with Microsoft Office and only contain up to 2 gigs of RAM. I would never have gotten one for everyday college use.

all of them go for that much...its ridiculous. none of their albums come up on ebay very often, and when they do, they go for a LOT. it sucks, i really didn't expect them to be so sought after.

last time i saw the golden band LP was over a month ago and it ended up going for like $43. this guy about a week and a half ago put three albums up: Updates EP (remixes), Everything Ends in Spring EP (alternate extended versions of songs on Set Free), and Promise of Love LP. The EP's went for about 20 each, i got the Everything Ends in Spring EP and can't ****in wait for it to come. Promise Of Love? went for $90.

no ****in idea man, but i don't see them often and i really like aas so i really want to get some of their records. especially golden band...im hopin i see that go up some time soon. know by heart is goin in a few days. i guess they just weren't very high selling when they were in print and now theyre all out, and so now that a lot of people have fuodn out about them since then but there are no more records bein printed theyre in high demand or whatever

i just got mine on cd for 12 dollars

okay so I saw this girl wearing a familiar shirt but I didn't get a good enough look to see what band it was, and I'm trying to figure out what it is.

basically, it had a bunch of thin horizontal lines that sort of spike in the middle. I'm sure it's the album art to a band that's in the alt/indie category.

Anyone know?
