|
i think it's their best
deep cuts is pretty good but olof really didnt do that good of production on some songs, whereas on silent shout he really shines and creates some of the coolest electronica ive ever heard. |

Beatles - Revolver Totally not getting into this. Abbey Road>
Arguing about Beatles albums is pointless IMO. er, other than saying they're all fantastic. Which wouldnt necessarily be arguing. I'm getting more and more excited for Deerhunter. Should be some good stuff. |

this is very fun. Can't believe I've gone my whole life without hearing "Woo Hah!! Got You All In Check".
neither can i, because even I'VE heard it. it used to be on MTV all day back in the 90s. you know, one of those Hype Williams fish-eye lens videos where everyone does those goofy walks (at least i think it was Hype Williams) |

It's a sweet video. But the best Busta Rhymes video will always be: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYh3dfVqEp0 |

interview with Yow and Denison (i think) of The Jesus Lizard, plus some live footage. i dont know any of the songs in the live clips except the last one (Gladiator). any help? |
Blockbuster was on the Melvins CD the Crybaby featuring Yow singing, and I think it was written by the Jesus Lizard. I haven't heard the Jesus Lizard as a band doing it though, but I only own 2 of their CDs and love them very very much.
|
Oh, ok, thanks.
By the way, I stole your avatar and put it on my myspace. Be proud. |
i love the jesus lizard too. Duane Denison is like one of my favorite guitarists now. he's got RIFFS coming out his fuckin ass! the riffs in "Slave Ship" and "Mouth Breather" rock my world, as do the solos in "Nub" and "Rope"
