It kinda is.

We had an inter-res Ball type thing. I was looking very Nick Cave in my tailored (yea damm straight, tailored) brown suit. It was a nice affair with a decent jazz band playing. It was an open bar. The mixture of red wine and steinlager turned out to be a bit iffy in the old stomach. I got back to my room (with a lovely lady, booyah) and lit up a cigarette, took 2 drags and then BLAM! I barfed on my guitar, amp, floor and bed. The lovely lady didn't appreciate this and left. I curled up on my bed and went to sleep.

It's slightly rock n' roll, but mostly not.

But the suit's ok, right?

Do you guys have any wma to mp3 converters that would work on a macintosh? They started charging ten bucks for the one I used to use and google isn't coming up with anything.

iTunes does it for me.

Just got back from Readin Festival!

On Friday its safe to say The Pixies were the best thing I have ever seen live, it was mindblowing. Their set was great and the encore was 'Hey' and 'Gigantic' which couldn't be much better. I felt the need to crowdsurf during Gigantic, I was in such euphoria.

alot of other great performances too, I'll do a big review later in the week.

It was kind of inevitable but I think Arcade Fire were the best band I saw. I wasnt there on Friday though. QOTSA sounded pretty phat from where I was (outside the site by the river :( )
