I personally think Vehemence and All That Remains are two of the best metalcore bands out there.

ATR is good mainstream metalcore but it doesnt compare to others really

The new Shai Hulud slays... it's a lot more like Zombie Apocalypse than any other Shai Hulud material.

pshhh their split side with Send More Paramedics is better

i prefer this is a spark of life, it's so much more abrupt and energetic imo

regardless, he should probably get both because both are awesome
