Psychobilly? Looking at the image of "Tiger Army" totally messed with my head. He's playing a [I]stand-up double bass?[/I] This looks totally out of place, except for when he is playing the bass standing entirely [i]on[/i] the bass. Unique, though, and I give him props for being able to play it.
