With me, I had 10 dollars in bestbuy reward bucks or whatever, and 60 cents. I eagerly head to the counter to purchase this album. The girl tells me I have to spend 10 bucks to use two of the reward bucks (I had two 5's). I tell her the album is 10 bucks. She tells me that it's 9.99, and I have to buy something else in order to buy the album.

So I had to fish through my wallet to find a $1, and ended buying the cheapest thing there, some Skittles bubble gum.
