Relatively local...all within 30-40 minutes of me.
I meant like places where local bands would play, or like big concert places? |
I meant like places where local bands would play, or like big concert places?
Ohhh, they are all local then.
|
Lucky. No big bands play at local places. Clit 45 and The Virus played at local places once. Streetlight Manifesto too. Nothing besides that though.

This local venue got shut down cause some dude got shot. So the Terror.Unearth show was moved into this venue in the ghetto.
Redline played their last show there and outside of it the lead singer got mugged by a black guy with an uzi. |
Some skins killed some girl's dad at the Gypsy Tea Room in Dallas a few weeks ago.
|
Jeez. Nothing like that happens here. Hell, lately all these bands who think they are local bands the second they have their first practice have been having shows where they invite all their Von Dutch girls to the shows. Of course this leads to no moshing. Because it would be a crime to hot one of those girls and have here hair get ruffled.
There's one venue I go to in the heart of Trenton. Kids think its cool to walk around the neighborhood and smoke weed and they usually get mugged and get the shit beat out of them with a bat by some black folk. There have been drive-bys there too. |
Pwned. :upset:
Are those all local venues?
I'm going to all of the ones Shane mentioned along with several others, plus the one you mentioned, minus Coliseum and Hot Cross, but plus Ed Gein. Also local. |
Bury Your Dead played like 5-10 minutes from my house in Newport.
So I guess Hot Cross is touring local venues nationwide then. |

Che Cafe. Search it in google and you might be able to get a website. Cb: I edited my post. No Hot Cross. They were supposed to come with Suicide Note but that tour's been postponed. |
You live in NJ? I didn't know that.
