but theft isnt cool man

Brokensticks 12-19-2005 01:56 AM

I know man, niether is littering that really grinds my gears.

puppet.master 12-19-2005 01:57 AM

littering doesnt piss me off

i do it

way to much

its a pain tho

i dont wanna have to put my **** in my pockets and then find a garbage can

Brokensticks 12-19-2005 02:06 AM

honestly, I hate littering, if i'm walking with my friends and somone litters I have this ritual I do, when they aren't expecting it I run up and jump on their backs if they litter. Almost everyone knows I do this know, I have done it coutless times, its good for a good laugh too. One time with a bunch of my friends and a tagalong chick who no one really likes, because she is the most annoying person in the world littered and I jumped on her and she got mud all over her light grey sweatpants and on half of her was dirty the rest of the day, serves her right. I was pretty dirty too but well worth it for sure. Afer a concert too I tackled 4 of my friends for littering one of whom fell on the cement.... Oops
Has there ever been a drum set competion here? Let me explain what I mean, people enter in different categories such as; best looking finish/wrap, best quality drums, best cymbals, most cymbals, most drums, most expensive. If not I think that would be a cool thing to do after xmas when everybody gets new gear.
I think I come in first for best cymbals, and second after the two guys with champagne glass wraps.
Most drums..Maybe Jimbob?

Most expensive: I should think Matter's setup would cost a fortune.

Double Bass Jim 12-19-2005 04:36 AM

The best of thing is kinda lame, the "best" is all up to the individuals eye.

Jezen 12-19-2005 04:42 AM

I declare this man to be the judge then.

I have to go to work in...4 hours. YAY!
haha
I closed last night (left the store at like 11:20), and had to be there at 7 today, but they changed it to 9 so I could get some rest.
LOT OF GOOD I MADE OF THAT!!

I mean come on, new episodes of Boondocks and Aqua Teen Hunger Force? HAVE TO WATCH. lol

mysticalyeti 12-19-2005 06:21 AM

There actually was a program to download videos off of google video... I might see if I can dig it up.

Either that or it was some complicated method that kind of sucked... Eh.

Jezen 12-19-2005 06:25 AM

Drum Phil 12-19-2005 12:12 PM

Is it a bad sign if i take to walkin round with a hip flask of vodka/whiskey?

Brokensticks 12-19-2005 12:13 PM

One would assume but it sounds like it could be a new trend.

Drum Phil 12-19-2005 12:15 PM

Ah well :) i dont care.

Im still wantin a 22" crash so someone name a sabian crash they reckon would work for this. Want it bright and cutting (AAX Style) medium weight or thin i guess

Brokensticks 12-19-2005 12:18 PM

Awesome, I don't think they make a 22" Stage Crash, so that sucks...

Anyways, I need some good help here, I decided to finally go get some primer/paint for my old drums that are just way too ugly to stain.

I know that I need to paint on the primer first, but after that do I paint it blue and then put a sparkle finish on it? How do I go about putting on the sparkle? And does it come in a can or something?

Drum Phil 12-19-2005 12:19 PM

They do. They'll custom hammer any cymbal to any size they already make.

I'll already have a 20" stage so it'd sound too similar
