I dont know what everyone eles thinks but i think bob rock ****ed up metallica carrear. there first five albums are AMAZING, but ever since the end of the black album there music quality has went doww. I think they should fire bob rocks ***.

i think he's right. after the black album, they went slowly but surely downhill.

Except St Anger is better than load/reload.

BTW as far as info given in SKOM, Bob Rock doesn't really decide what kind of music they make. I mean it was between James, Lars, and Kirk to decide on saint anger.

i wasn't really agreeing with the firing of bob rock, just the bad metallica after the black album.

FlyingPaul, you should check out the band that wrote Am I Evil?, diamond head. really really good. metallica does 4 of there songs on garage inc., so they have to be good right? i think so. check em out.

Mine would be:
Battery,creeping death,four horsemen,one,call of ktulu,MOP,damage inc.,to live is to die,dyers eve,hit the lights,fade to black,and ride the lightning. in no particular order

hit the lights,the four horsemen,whiplash,seek and destroy,fade to black,the call of ktulu,for whom the bell tolls,MOP,one,sad but true,until it sleeps,harvester of sorrow

whatever happened to their first producer, Flemming Rasmussen?
He produced MOP and AJFA. why didn't they stick with him

Every metallica album uo to date excluding St anger and garage inc are FUKING awsome. and anyone who sayd differently shood hav been shot at birth. i personally think Welsome Home(sanitarium) and all Of The Ktulu are there best somns and ajfa is there best album. . .METALLICA ROCK

bob rock isnt to blame for metallica recent slum, i think its just there coming to grips wif things(e.g. loosing bassist, james' rehab) and its just reflecting on that. i think there next album with rob will be excellent and i kant wait for it. bob bob has done alot of things for metallica, and for that we must show him some respect. . . .

seriously garage inc. thats a discrase to all metallica albums. they make 7 grand albums then muck it all up with a ****ty album full of covers. you would you do it, it jus stupid 2 say the least. . . . . . . . appauling

...definately... i agree... have u ever wondered how they manage to come up wit so many different and perfect riffs, let alone lyrics.. all 8 albums ful of great tunes

I found a copy of Cliff 'em all, but my DVD player won't be able play it if i bought it. :upset:

my band r playin in a talent show dis wednesday, were gonna play 4 whom da bell tolls and go straight into a compilation of met solos played by our lead guitarist over a few fast riffs played by myself. then our our drummer hits that familiar hi hat tap, followed by [I]"gimme fuel gimme fire gimme that which i desire!"[/I] , an we play fuel. should go well, we practised loads. :thumb:
