yea we got a talent show nxt friday we are doin 4 whom tha bell tolls aswell, an thats goin good.

Po0sH 03-17-2005 02:38 AM

ooh nice. FWTBT is easy so that shouldn't be a problem. Getting it tight as in, you mess up every once in a while? that's fine, you will nail it before the show.

Rattlehead 03-17-2005 02:40 AM

Na we dont mess up, its jus fuel is fast an its hard to get those pull off 3-0 notes on perfect timing between the guitarists.

Rattlehead 03-17-2005 02:42 AM

gotta go school bells gone

ThrashMaster27 03-17-2005 04:41 AM
yea tuesdays gone is different bbut i really like it, and they did whiskey in the jar real well,
Neither of them were on Garage Days.

Deth 03-17-2005 09:51 AM

They were on Garage Inc., the two disc set. I recommend it highly if you don't have it.

Six Foot Revolver 03-17-2005 10:15 AM

It is a very underated CD IMO

Deth 03-17-2005 10:16 AM

Besides Loverman, all the songs are awesome.

I got it for my birthday from an uncle who doesn't know the first thing about 'tallica.

Astronomy is awesome. That's probably my favorite track off of both the discs.

Shred Danson 03-17-2005 10:22 AM

My favorite song off that was the Mercyful Fate medley. Very awesome.

Deth 03-17-2005 10:23 AM

That's my 2nd favorite. They combined all of the songs so well.

Rattlehead 03-17-2005 10:30 AM

Rattlehead 03-17-2005 10:39 AM

Les Claypool is involved in everything though isn't he

btoto 03-17-2005 10:40 AM

Everyone's been talking about good songs from Load/Reload era on the other page.....too late but anyway. My favs are:

1. Unforgiven II
2. Hero Of The Day
3. 2x4
4. Mama Said
5. Wasting My Hate
6. Until It Sleeps
7. Fuel
8. King Nothing
9. Ain't My Bltch
10. The Outlaw Thorn

Songs I hate from that era:

1. The Memory Remains
2. Ronnie

I was thinkin about my favorite Metallica breakdown or stomp riff and i havent really found any clear winner...Im leaning towards Damage Inc. (the part right before the solo) or maybe Dyers Eve

any of you got one?

metal guitar III 03-17-2005 11:27 AM

Master, master, wheres the dreams that I've been after?
