I've never heard any John Legend songs...what's he like?

Lord Abortion 02-22-2006 10:53 AM

Bugger that server!

My mouse died during a game of call of duty, so I now am using my wireless mouse and keyboard

I need some help from any MX Brits. A screenplay I'm writing requires some knowledge of Gaelic. Anybody know how to speak, write, and read that?

Lord Abortion 02-22-2006 12:42 PM

At this juncture, I would, under normal circumstances, say something such as "hurr hurr, "Gay-kick."" however, I won't... please help Alex with his project, if any of you folks speak that lovely language, aid him in his quest.
Thank you.

MBS 02-22-2006 12:56 PM

Hahaha spam threads. Nice.

Lord Abortion 02-22-2006 01:54 PM

Sounds like a good idea.
I spent most of my MX-less day killing Nazis on Call of duty.

t'was good, nearly finished I think

Tyler 02-22-2006 02:58 PM

Wow.

The server is MAD slow today.

Stormrider 02-22-2006 04:07 PM

MX is realy slow since yesterday night. I posted in a thread, I'm the last user who posted in that thread, and it still says it was the guy who posted before me. And, I cleck on the thread, and my post is there....this was yesterday night too.

Hey Jom, if you're around could you potentially e-mail me the most accurate version of "Art of Life" by X-Japan off of Ultimate Guitar? It's a Guitar pro tab, so if you could convert it to text and email it to me twice (to clear up any lost-in-transit stuff that we've historically experienced)? That would be much, much appreciated.

I've gotta get my girlfriend to get it so I can just find these myself and email them to me from there. :(

For sure.
Off with the server's head! [sic]
It wasn't a server problem, guys.

Cain 02-23-2006 12:23 AM

Many, MANY thanks, Jom. That's amazing.

I don't know too much on the subject, but these links may be helpful.

Yeah I was having a lot of trouble doing anything earlier today. Everytime I clicked on a link, it screwed up, but worked after a long wait the second time.

Jev 02-23-2006 01:40 AM

Woo it's actually snowing here for once. Now if only it'd set.

Riva 02-23-2006 02:33 AM

Well, I just got back from my Hydrology (Hydrogeology, to be exact) lecture. As an added bonus, it is pouring down rain here, so I got soaked with water straight after learning about it. Talk about hands on, eh?

Also, my lecturer is a middle-aged South African gentleman who relates everything to beer. Hence, the lectures are quite entertaining and interesting. I think this might be a rather bearable subject after all.

Leper 02-23-2006 02:40 AM

Why'd you take it if you thought it was going to be unbearable?

Riva 02-23-2006 02:43 AM

All University subjects are unbearable, matey.

And also, a lot of things that we don't like to do we must do.

Leper 02-23-2006 02:48 AM

Argh. A lesson I will no-doubt learn next year.:(

Riva 02-23-2006 02:56 AM

Don't worry. You simply have to measure them in degrees of unbearability. For example:

Chemistry, Biology and Music are more desirable to me than History, English, or a pseudo-degree subject like Journalism.

Oh my god Riva we're polar opposites. Except on the Music part. But I suck at Science, but love History and English...

Mr. Black 02-23-2006 04:50 AM

Hmm, Occupations eh?

Bartender 02-23-2006 06:03 AM

Dara O'Briain is so cool.

Lord Abortion 02-23-2006 08:32 AM

I love Dekapitator. I can't wait for them to release something new. They only have WWDYWO and some split they did with Nunslaughter, which just has a couple of tracks from the other album on anyway.

Yeah it's good stuff.

According to their myspace page, they will be doing a new album this year.

 @ Nunslaughter

I used to know a couple of kids from Maryland who lived on our street. They liked to eat caterpillars, if I remember correctly.

Heh, that's pretty gross. I've eaten a Witchetty Grub before though. I wasn't too impressed.
