Tell me about it, I kinda wish I was back in high school so much less responsibility.

thelowsoundofbass 10-28-2004 06:53 PM
That's cool ... it's a good plan. I hardly ever talk on the phone, and when I do, it's usually a 30 second - 1 minute conversation.

iceman3019 10-28-2004 07:08 PM

hello mx  . . .

:amaze: 10-28-2004 07:09 PM

That's cool. I make the lowest hourly wage possible. 2.65$ :thumb:

I get tips on top of that, so it's legal for me to get paid that little as long as the tips make up for at least minimum wage ... I usually make 7-10$ an hour ... I've made 20$ an hour in a 5 hour shift once.

Yeah, my bosses and co-workers are all really cool. When I work production though (like 1/4 of the time) I only get 6.25/hr.

:amaze:

FUNKNBASS 10-28-2004 07:13 PM

One of my bosses is really cool but the other 2 can be assholes. The guys I work with are pretty cool too.

Foxfire 10-28-2004 07:14 PM

I've got the Stone Cold Bush solo stuck in my head.

iceman3019 10-28-2004 07:14 PM

my boss is such a good keyboardist, he can play lots of jordan rudess's stuff in scenes from a memory with his band :thumb: . . .

There's only one other kid at my work that really plays an instrument (guitar)....

Foxfire 10-28-2004 07:18 PM

"Don't laugh, playing bass is cool now."

:amaze: 10-28-2004 07:19 PM

Huh?

:amaze:

FUNKNBASS 10-28-2004 07:20 PM

I dont get it either.

Foxfire 10-28-2004 07:20 PM
Huh?

:amaze:
Haha nothing.

Just remembered a shirt my friend has that says "Don't laugh, computers are cool now."

iceman3019 10-28-2004 07:23 PM

"will work for bandwith" that's the coolest shirt that my friend has . . .

Foxfire 10-28-2004 07:24 PM

I want three shirts:

One that says (ugly bass player.)

One that says "I'm l33t. Ask my mom if you don't believe me."

And maybe one of those "I don't work here." shirts. Ever since people started asking me about games and computers at Best Buy, I've wanted one. :upset:

Tryxx 10-28-2004 07:25 PM

I have a Rated L33T hoody from Control Alt Delete... I was asked if I worked in dollar general by some old chinese lady...I said yes and took her to tupperware.

Foxfire 10-28-2004 07:27 PM

Lol.

The "I don't work here" shirts are nice for Guitar Center too.

I can play some basic slap riff and people go "omgwtf" and then ask what I think a good bass is. I could just point at the shirt.

"Don't make me tap the shirt again."

iceman3019 10-28-2004 07:27 PM

my coolest shirt is a tool one with a crazy guy on the back with flames and spirals :thumb: . . .

e p 10-28-2004 07:28 PM

Nice

to fox and trxx and icemans previous posts

Tryxx 10-28-2004 07:28 PM

My coolest one is probably Aram's from men in hats... "The knowledge that you exist is a burden on my soul."

iceman3019 10-28-2004 07:31 PM

http://www.toolband.com/catalog/images/product/tee_thinkman.jpg

Spaceman Spiff 10-28-2004 07:34 PM

my best shirt is Jesus hanging on the cross, and although he's nailed down, he's giving the thumbs up and winking with a big smile, and beside him it says "Jesus Did It For The Chicks!"

e p 10-28-2004 07:35 PM

I wish I was cool enough to wear one of those.
