who needs trams - when you have ridiculously deep underground lines where you are almost guaranteed to come across a broken escalator and have to walk instead?

nah i have to say the metro in birmingham is a lot more useful than the underground (most of the time, doesn't go places it could though)

I never had any problems with the London underground. well, apart from the stupid heat. I walked less than i do at home thanks to the constant things that do the moving for you
