Operas are something that I have never been able to enjoy.

I was watching Phantom of the Opera at work the other night, but that's as far as I've ever been when it comes to that area.

And the old guy who lives next door to me seems to think he's pretty good when it comes to the opera singing... :upset:

Kingofdudes 01-31-2005 09:43 AM

Operas are boring

yeah sure did tis cool to be repped though because i am off school with a really painful leg. The story is i've been dogged with an extra kneecap sort of thing in one leg. It's basically just broken down bone and muscle to make an extra lump. It's never really bothered me much until rugby yesterday when a fat guy nailed it and i can't bend my leg because it has moved out of place and is restricting all movement in my leg. The worst thing about it is i have to keep moving it or my leg will go into spasms so i have to be in constant pain until the doctors decide to remove it which im not even sure they're going to do because it is close to an artery, so i may have to consider giving up rugby. I know this isn't terribly manly but i was near to tears when they told me. :upset:

I only saw Carmen once, didn't really care for it. Though I hear Faust is really good.
It looks like I created some confusion with the reps I left people.

If you got an unhallowed rep from the repabyss etc etc, it was from me and it was ++.

Eleventeen got untr00, holy, and not-blaspheming rep-- from me.
 I see the poor Eleventeen's not found his way into your good graces yet, eh, Dargon?

LordDargon 01-31-2005 10:56 AM

We'll see how much controversy I can stir up with my new status.

let me ask a question, most of the main posters here are four star posters. Did you get most of your rep here or do you go to any other parts of this forum?

-Obscurity- 01-31-2005 11:43 AM

I was talking with some friends about how each decade has had a similar "sound" or musical movement that has come from it (in reference to R&M, of course). We were unable to decide what the 2000+ sound is yet, it looks like it could still go a few different ways. What do you think the outcome will be?

-Listy- 01-31-2005 11:54 AM

Lo peeps, gonna try n learn Kissing the Shadows by Bodom now, wish me luck, *is going to fail*

I got about half or my rep in here, half in CR thread, and half because I'm awesome.

Yes, that is one thing we talked about. Also, how hardcore is now leaking into the mainstream ie. Killswitch Engage, Shadowsfall, etc.

Flip a three sided coin.

Or actually go play them and then decide.

Edit: Actually just get a PRS because he is from my home town.

Stay away from the PRS. The top quality ones are worth it but are rediculously expensive.
What Jackson models are you looking at?

I like the coin idea, seems to be a good bet to choose
