Hey Bill could you rename my thread in For Sale "Large Gibraltar Rack" please? I'm not selling the DWs. Maybe clean up the posts in it too if you feel like. Muchos gracias!

Panopticon 05-03-2008 08:30 AM

FYI you can delete posts yourself.

Go to Edit Post then Delete then Delete Post.

Bill will have to change the title of the thread though.

Fuzzy 05-03-2008 08:32 AM

FYI I know that. I'm not a newfag :P I've already deleted and edited any posts pertaining to selling the drums. There are posts from other people of which I can NOT delete that pertain to the selling of the drums, which I would like him to clean up.

Panopticon 05-03-2008 08:37 AM

okok me sorrys.

Just seems like a lot of people don't know they can delete posts.

Janeway 05-03-2008 09:02 AM
No wedding for me either. I'm going to have a mad cocktail party for an engagement party, and then bring out a minister and get married there as a surprise.
That's a pretty good idea. You get the drinking and partying without all the stupid lame speeches and boring things, and it would be a lot less planning and waaaay less expensive than an actual wedding.

I don't think I even want to get married at all, wedding or no wedding. Here you can get all the same benefits as a married couple if you are commonlaw domestic partners or whatever. If I did get married, I would probably just go to city hall. And the only reason I can think of that would compel me to get married would be if we couldn't adopt a child as a common law couple(a lot of agencies will only accept married couples), or if for some reason the guy really wanted to get married for his own reasons.

ant_182 05-03-2008 09:54 AM

What you could do is get "wedding money" From the missus' parents then spend it all at the bar:)

Panopticon 05-03-2008 09:56 AM

kelsey tbh you should be on msn.

Win A Rabbit 05-03-2008 01:35 PM

yeah so my parents are still living together, 2 months after i was told my dad was moving out. and my mom doesn't know if my dad's still leaving or not. it's kind of awkward when he's around.

Janeway 05-03-2008 01:36 PM

I hate playing Scrabble because my sister thinks she's the goddess of the English language and gets all snarky every time I put something like "penor" on the board.

My parents go to sleep before 10:00 and sleep very heavily until 3:00 so i can do practically anything around then and they'd have no clue.
