Yeah, I've been to that site many times for the FAQ and the music videos, but I didn't know they had those pictures.

paganman7 08-17-2005 08:02 PM

Crikey! I just took a look at Adam's page, and I noticed that on the pictures under the caption "Recording day 4", the date was August 14th!!!!! Does that mean that they've only been recording since August 10th?

Does anyone know about how long the recording process should take? I suspect that the writing and rehearsing are completed, and now the album is being recorded. As a novice, I'm not really sure of the recording process, so I've no idea if it's a good thing they've been recording since the 10th, or if this means they'll be recording for months.

Can someone brighter than myself help me out?

By the way, Joe Baressi is clearly evident in one of the pictures, so I guess that answers that...

I know you're new, but don't double post. If you want to add something else, you can edit your post. It makes things look a lot nicer and saves room when you just edit the posts instead of posting again.
Obviously they ve been recording for a while now. . .
one thing i dont understand with this thread is that, eveyone acts like tool are gonna be mysterious with there release date, they may very well have been only recording from the 10th, it seems everyone on this thread takes all the good news and bundles up bad news, or "evident news" and tosses it away to the pig pen. how do you know they have been recording for a while Herb, dont say anything about the website, because you would be backing up what im trying to get across

^you all should know by now im a shitty writer and speller so read it over^

One Groovin Clown 08-17-2005 09:22 PM

On Adam's site, it goes up to recording day 9, for the last update wich was August 16th. So i'm going to take a guess and they've been recording since August 7th.

The dates seen on the picture could be the dates that Adam uploaded them onto myspace. So "Recording Day 4" could have happened before that.

It's not recording, it's a DVD about drumsets and DC was playing on the original Bonham set.

TheSubtleArts 08-17-2005 10:25 PM

ive seen that video before, awsome though.

Darkness 08-17-2005 10:46 PM

Why do people post when their leaving? I don't see the point... If it was a chat site, I'd understand... but its a forum.

Hey, guys....anything new with the thread?

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-18-2005 03:44 PM

It's been a shit hole lately. :upset:

Nothing new about Tool though. We finally have proof that Teleincision is a spoof though. Today is the 18th, and it was allegedly supposed to come out on the 16th.

Syncratic 08-18-2005 03:46 PM

Terrific.

Blair's having so much fun with withholding the newsletter.

I like your new avatar, Jake :thumb:
