same here, i have been so busy with school this quarter that i havent hit the gym at all in the last 10 weeks. im going to try to drop 5-10 pounds and hopefully gain some more definition. my lungs have been so bad that i doubt i will be able to do any running. i never really knew how bad stress can affect your health. this is the most stressed i have ever been in from school and my family (major major financial issues).
