I have Battle of the Bands rehersals on Thursday.

We havent practiced with each other full yet.

I fear this will go terribly.

I know, but i don't really wanna spend anymore.
I could have only 15 buying them on ebay, as dorset doesn't know what brand new is.

So has anyone here ever listened to The Veronicas? I don't like the hints of Kelly Clarkson and Ashlee Simpson in their music, but they're all right.

Heard of them, Jared, but can't say I've listened to them much. How would you describe them?


Also, is anyone here into hardcore? Can anyone suggest some more songs which are like 'State Of The Union' by Rise Against? I'm loving that song at the moment.

Hmm, I see what you mean about the KC similarities. They remind me a bit of Tuuli, which is OK coz Tuuli are quite cool.


I'd like to see a girl band doing closer to normal pop-punk, rather than just going for sugary-sweet mainstream friendly chorus. I wanna hear a female version of Allister, dammit!
