If you watch Metal Injection, Chris said that they are going to continue touring until the end of the year and then probably write a new album.

It had been July 12th, but I believe it got moved back to August something or other.

I'm looking forward to seeing Slipknot for the 3rd time at this years Download festival :)

I get the feeling that Spit it Out will be fantastic on such a large scale.

It is, havent you seen the Disasterpieces DVD? Thats what they do at every show. They get everyone to sit down and then have them jump up and have a big mosh pit. It's quite awesome, if I may be so bold as to say that.

Therefore:

I've been in the Spit it Out pit twice before.

Both times I've been in a place where the people couldn't really be arsed doing much, at Download I'm aiming to be near the middle of the pit.

I saw Slip at Ozzfest last year and they killed the stage.

Im definetly going to disagree with that. Corey is what makes the band unique with his style of singing and just his voice. I think their new cd is just as good as the others if not better in some areas. Stone Sour is excellent also with coreys unique style. :angry:

I read a while back that Paul had to miss a few gigs cause he was hospitalized...one of the fansites, can't remember which, said that some members of the other bands filled in for him, but didn't say who, or on what songs. Anyone know anything about this?

My brother just saw them in denver and said paul was gone and the band played a backing track for him, I also here there coming back on tour but with corey going to see the doctor I have my doubts.
