I loved Shovel headed kill machine (newest album), I though it better than their older stuff...
The i'm hoping their new release will be just as good

I enjoyed both TOTD and SHKM, but then again I like most of the music being put out nowadays by older thrash bands. I think it packs a bit more a punch, mainly due to the better production.

I like the raw production better.

You might not like their newer stuff then, since it seemed like the production really helped make it heavier (which I like when it does that so yeah).

The two newest Exodus albums had about an albums worth of excellent modern thrash (lol) on them, all up. They're worth hearing if you're into Exodus.

Took another listen to Desaster today...I think the main reason why I can't get it into is because of the crappy production.

Listen to Hellfire's Dominon. I have it on tape and the production is still very good.

I'll look into that...I have Tyrants of the Netherworld and I was put off by it.

I like Dragonlord, though I've got a feeling their kind of a joke around here.
