I hate it when I lay own for a like an hour nap and it turns into a 4 hour nap.
I also quit my job making pizzas about 5 mins ago, so I feel great.

Best animated movie I have seen in a long time: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0216651/

This kept me up despite my alarm being set for early this morning.

I hate it when you wake up after a long nap and realized you just wasted the day.

Saw the original Vampire Hunter D a while ago, really enjoyed it. Been wanting to see Bloodlust ever since, but never had the chance.

ATM 03-30-2006 05:37 PM

I just saw Dracula with Keanu Reaves, that movie was so good (even though I hate him)

Yes. Even though I'm not a fanatic of Anime, this is a really, really solid movie. You know when the things are going through the shadows... Good times.

Anyhow, I was waiting for n00ds all the time. Didn't get any. Peanuts.

And the voice acting is superb, probably because it was originally in English. I swear though, the Japanese are excellent at writing and animating stories set in post-apocalyptic future Earths.

Shattered_Future 03-30-2006 06:03 PM

I think the funniest Keanu movie I've seen that wasn't supposed to be funny was The Devil's Advocate. Only saw half of it, and that was good enough...

Or maybe it was Al Pacino that made it funny when it wasn't supposed to. Either way, the movie was balls out horrid.

Vince just said I could do the RMOTY thread, but he wants me to wait until RMOTM is done with. Expect it up next week.

Sleeping long has a love/hate relationship with me. I, like pretty much everyone else, loves a good nap or sleeping in, but I'll always set an alarm on Saturday and Sunday because I love having the whole day to do things more than I love sleeping.

Jason, you get that email I sent you?

Hey Lucas, you planning to be online at all this weekend? My PM tune is a couple hours of work from completion and I'd really like for you to give it a critical listen. I always appreciate your thoughts on my material.
Exactly. MX + Guitar + Bass = Happiness...for a little while.
I meant not doing anything as in, feeling dull and down and stuff. Because I generally don't go out much, so staying home is common for me :p

Sleepy 03-30-2006 07:22 PM

Eh, I just feel groggy after waking up from a 3+ hour nap. I really get my most sleep during the daytime anyway, so I suppose I'm used to the feeling.

Steerpike 03-30-2006 07:25 PM

Carnival of Souls was easily the creepiest movie I've ever seen. The organ music, and the zombies, and the periods of silence... Holy shit.

Stormrider 03-30-2006 07:28 PM

You watch lots of movies eh ?

Steerpike 03-30-2006 07:43 PM
You watch lots of movies eh ?
My life is music, movies, and books, not necessarily in that order.

I've been watching a lot of movies lately because I'm about debut my first short flicks this summer. I want to pick up on as much as I can for inspiration. And Carnival of Souls really got me thinking. I have to wonder why it isn't more famous.

Deconstruction 03-30-2006 07:50 PM

I have been watching movies alot too. I heart Pi..the movie.

Oh god, I watched Langoliers with a few friends the other night, and it was freaking horrible in almost every aspect a movie can be.

Shred Danson 03-30-2006 08:03 PM

 Yeah, that movie IS pretty bad.

Jacaranda 03-30-2006 08:03 PM

Holy shit, one of my old best friends from last year older brother just got caught robbing banks.
http://www.missoulian.com/articles/2006/03/30/news/local/news03.txt
I haven't talked to him forever but boy I feel bad for him and his Mom. She was always really nice to me.

Just had to share!
