my dads friend bought shirt off some guy at a van halen concert. and when he got home, he found out that he was ripped off because there was a picture of john deacon on it, along with the members of van halen.

lunch998 12-13-2004 07:58 PM
It works better with some shirts than with others, it always works with ones that specify a city, date etc...

What happens is venders buy a certain number of shirts, during the concert the vender puts prices high, but once the concert's over the vender needs to get rid of those shirts, so he sells them cheap. If you hang around after the conert, where you can find a vender they'll be selling them for 10 bucks.
Ah, brilliant. Now I just have to go to some concerts and execute the plan.

Harvest?

and no bands come to ****ing Regina. we have no where good for them to perform, our stadium has the worst sound quality, you can barely hear the band, and our theatre type thing is too small.

BludgeonySteve 12-13-2004 08:00 PM

Harvest Moon, Ragged Glory, Harvest, Freedom, American Stars and Bars, Rust never Sleeps, Zuma, Everybody's rockin' (that one was a joke by the way).

Broken Arrow 12-13-2004 08:01 PM
Harvest?
Also, Everybody Knows this is No Where, Ragged Glory and After the Goldrush, Rust Never Sleeps

jethro tull, yes, REM, muse, metallica, Randy bachman, Alice cooper, light house, april wine, steppenwolfe, OLP, k-os. those are just a few of the bands that I can think of that have been to london in the past year or so(or are coming in the near future). Not to mention the nearby concerts in Toronto.

p.s jethro tull and yes were in the past 4 or so months, not 2 years.

BludgeonySteve 12-13-2004 08:02 PM

I forgot to add Silver And Gold and after the gold rush. That makes 10 ;)

Nah, for the folky type harmonica/acoustic, Harvest Moon is far better.
