I have a Trig test tomorrow, a debate to prepare for, and History reading to do.
Not too bad, but I still won't get around to doing any of it until like 9:00. |

i think i'm gonna just outline my ideas for the essay and not do the lab because i don't have the questions sheet because of my retarted teacher

Yeah seriously. Like I might try to do it before, but why bother? I know I won't get anything done till 11:00 anyways. |

We have so much motivation, lol. My roomate always asks why I never do anything early and I always answer, "What's the point?" |
hahahaha at least you guys get work done.
i'm actually feeling pretty into this essay though, considering it's sci fi class... how could you not be into it |

Right there with you, bro. My professor has a PhD in math from Princeton but she's from Romania and speaks English poorly. She's amazing at math and speaks THAT language well but her English is...ehhh. It's a hassle. So I have a paper due tonight at 10 pm about comparing/contrasting Booker T. Washington with Frederick Douglass. Guess who hasn't started yet? >_> -Gav |

Good to see I'm not the only one that waits to the last minute to do anything. |
it's the american way

I hope I don't have to take Math in college.

I'm pretty sure Math is coming for you in college. Anyone feeling nice enough to send me some Usurp Synapse, Louise Cyphre, Apoplexy, or June Paik, any or all? |
I don't think I could handle college. So much homework and stuff.

Think of all the positives: chicks, booze, parties, no parents, only 12 or so hours of class a week compared to 30 in high school. It really outweights the negatives. |

Unless you're a math, chem, physics, bio, premed, or science major here, you don't need to take a math class. You can take another natural science in its place. -Gav |
shai hulud owns.
college is way way better than high school. mainly because you get to take the classes you want (especially after the first two years), the teachers actually know what they are talking about, and you really learn stuff. i learned very little from high school, most of it was just wasted time. as far as the social aspect, for me, that got real old real fast. there are so many worthless people that have no greater ambition in life than to party as many nights a week as possible, and i really don't enjoy being around them. |
OMG I post.
I had to take math in college, unless you took advanced courses in high school, I think you at least have to take 1 college math course, but it varies by state. I had to take two, Inter. Algebra (which is like Alg. 2 in high school) because I ****ed up in high school and I'm taking Stat now. College is so much better than high school. There is "more" homework per se, but it's meaningful and contributes to the class. High school homework is busy work college homework will help you better understand the concepts your prof has given you, so it doesn't feel like as much. Plus most is essays and essays are damn easy. 90% of the profs treat their students with respect and equality, which is really nice. But there is the 10% that are snobbish or should be teaching high school, or should be thrown off a bridge. Speaking of college, I am doing that presentation on emo on Friday. We were put into groups on Friday and I asked my group what they thought of the idea and they were really interested. I'm going to start gathering the music for it and start writing a bit. I'll post what I'm doing as a finish for any last minute touches. |
Are you at a University yet?
