just a quick question, how much of your time have you given to the album?

I got it 2 or 3 weeks ago, 12 plays. It's not a hard album to get into to listen many more times tbh.

12 plays total or 12 plays through the whole album? when i just had the 2 promo tracks i remember it taking like 6 plays of each track at least just to get a feel for them, but that's just me. im still picking things up on my 40th listen

i enjoyed that Ulcerate album, but 40 times would get frustrating. only listened to it twice and i dont feel the urge to listen to it again anytime soon or at least in a month or two

up there with the new Mono album for post-rock this year. album is amazing and Jonas Renske does some great guest vocals on one of the songs

twelve plays through the whole album, 7 of them were while driving if I recall correctly, haha. But yeah, I feel the same way as jeff does, I don't feel like listening to the album anytime soon, but I agree it's good just not that amazing as everyone makes it out to be.

Jeff: I haven't heard that album, if it's up there with Mono's album I should definitely check that out.

def get on the Long Distance Calling album. i put it up there with Mono but i wouldnt say it sounds like Mono. its has some great heavy moments (not metal) and its has lots of emotion. right now its sitting at a 4.5. i love it
