yes, its the one high pitched tone, which annoys me, cause its very similar to my tinnitus. the other weird sounds annoys me after some 15min too; its great for a short time, but i am not able to listen to them for more than 15/20min.

btw. she likes me - at least how she writes to me.. hehe.

Lakers are making me fat cuz all i do is eat when im stressed and frustrated. i need to go on a serious diet, i am 5 pounds over my comfortable weight. im 205 right now. if i havent been sick with a cough all week i wouldve been hitting the track.

I'm about to take up the roll of personal trainer for one of my friends. The guy put on 40-50 pounds after he got out of high school hahaha.

I'm about to put myself on a more strict eating/exercise routine. I've been so busy lately I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks :( Most people wouldn't be able to notice the change but I can :( Plus I want to get myself a lot more lean than I already am.
