Thonk: slsk owns so hard, though. Once I get my laptop I'm getting it. I have it on this computer but I barely use it because this computer's as slow as hell (I'm running Windows 98...>.>)

I just don't get slsk? I'm in the techno, mixes, and tunes room but I feel like an idiot. Do I have to message a person and see if they will send me something or what?

I don't know, I never use Soulseek, I get all my stuff from Di.FM forums or torrents.

Could you just name a few good artists that you dig?

Hahah speaking of that, It was my friends birthday a week are so ago and he really hates that new twangy sound of strings...So i bought him some exlixer acoustic strings :) :) .

I like my strings to have twang but I cant stand how twangy strings sound when your playing chords with more than 2 notes. They dont sound like theyre coming together, like the tuning is off.

I really hope my Agile comes in tomorrow.

I want to learn slap acoustic.

Slap acoustic is great fun. I always forget to sharp my notes when I get to the B string though, I forget Im playing guitar half the time.

I fell in love with a Peavy Basic 50 yesterday.

Well, first I watched some videos of Justin King to get an idea of how his slap technique looked. You can't slap quite the same on acoustic because the strings are so tight.

Then I just started experimenting with double stop popping, flamenco strumming, and other things to mix it up.

I could record some videos I suppose.

That 9 year old is my guitarist, and that guitar he's holding is a '67 Gretche chet atkins signature.
